By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions
Competition Date
The ANZ Locker Room competition (the ’Promotion’) starts at 10.00am on 9 October 2025 and ends at 10.00am on 16 October 2026.
How to Enter
To enter the Promotion you must comment on Auckland FC’s Instagram post relating to the Auckland FC coin toss experience and tag the name of a friend or family member (the ‘Nominee’) that they would like to attend to the opening match of the season for Auckland FC on Saturday 25th October at 5pm with.
Entries will be invalid if they:
- Cannot be read or understood
- Are incomplete
- Break any intellectual property rights or are plagiarised
- Are discriminatory in any way, including racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic or any other content we consider offensive
- Do not comply with these terms and conditions
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Eligibility
The Entrant must comment on the Instagram post relating to The ANZ Locker Room experience and reside in New Zealand and be aged 18 years of age as at 1 September 2025.
The winner’s nominated guest must also be 18 years of age. The Entrant may enter as many times as they wish providing that each entry submitted contains a different Nominee. Multiple entries which are duplicates may result in all nominations by that Entrant being disqualified.
ANZ employees and contractors are not eligible to enter the competition.
The prize
There are ten prizes to win. The winning Nominees drawn will receive the following (the ’Prize’):
- Two tickets to the opening match of the season for Auckland FC on Saturday 25th October at 5pmmatch – one for the winner, and one for a guest
- Light refreshments, as well three tokens per person for three alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to redeem during the match
The winner and their guests will need to make their own way to the match. No travel or accommodation will be provided as part of the Prize.
Prize Draw
The Prize draw will take place seven days prior to the opening match of the season for Auckland FC.
Once eligibility of the winners has been confirmed by the Promoter, the Entrant will be contacted by email within 24 hours following the Prize draw using the contact details provided via direct message on instagram.
The Entrant is required to confirm the Prize by direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of being contacted by direct message, otherwise the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn from all remaining non-Prize winning entries received for the relevant match.
Prize Winner’s Obligations
The Prize is not transferable, except that if the winner is unable to personally attend the match, they must notify the Promoter within 24 hours of the prize winning notification email being sent, nominating the new name(s). The Promoter at its sole discretion may accept any change to the winner’s name. In the event the details of replacement(s) are not provided or the Promoter does not accept such a change, the Prize will be forfeited and another Nominee will be drawn from all remaining non-Prize winning entries received.
All tickets are issued subject to Ticketmaster Ticket Terms and Conditions (’Ticket Conditions’) which apply to the possession and use of tickets. The winning Nominee, the Entrant and the two guests must comply with the Ticket Conditions.
ANZ reserves the right to have you removed from the match should you become intoxicated or behave in a manner that otherwise impacts the experience of your fellow fans or, in ANZs opinion, brings ANZ or Auckland FC into disrepute.
The Entrant consents to the Promoter making use of their name and/or photograph(s) for publicity purposes, including advertising, online and social media use, as determined by the Promoter.
The winning Nominee’s parent or legal guardian consents to the Promoter making use of the winning Nominee’s name and/or photograph(s) for publicity purposes, including advertising, online and social media use, as determined by the Promoter.
Promoter’s Obligations
The Promoter may substitute an alternative reward without notice in the event any Prize or part of a Prize becomes unavailable.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind, internet malfunction or any issues related to the submission of entry forms. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s website database, not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into about those decisions.
The Promoter may change, extend, amend or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Privacy
The information provided to enter this Promotion will be held securely by the Promoter and will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion (which may include disclosure to agents of the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion). Entrants and Nominees have the right to access and request correction of this information by emailing emma.harvey@anz.com.
Liability exclusions: When we are not legally responsible
The Promoter, Auckland FC and any other organisation or agency associated with the Promotion and/or Prize shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or any other loss), arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, the Prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, Auckland FC or any other organisation or agency associated with the Promotion and/or Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter shall not be responsible for, and the winners and/or (where applicable) the Promoter from, any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (for example, including due to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures), this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the Promotion’s administration, security, fairness or integrity are corrupted or affected.
The Promoter may modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate any entries of any individual in any way involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion or abusing the communication system upon which the Promotion is being conducted.
These Terms and Conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

We may change, extend, or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
