Can I transfer my member tickets when I can’t use them? 
Yes, member tickets are transferrable. You will be able to transfer individual game tickets via your Ticketmaster account. Click here for our digital ticket guide. 

How do I access my Membership Account? 
Head to the AFC Account Manager site to log in and see your invoices, tickets and membership information. 

Where do I find my Auckland FC Membership purchase confirmation? 
Click on the ‘My Invoices’ tab in AFC Account Manager to see purchase confirmation. 

What is a membership to Auckland FC? 
Membership, also known as Season Tickets, includes tickets to all Auckland FC regular season home matches along with a variety of member benefits. 

Where is the home stadium? 
Go Media Stadium, Mt. Smart in Penrose. 

If I become a Member, do I have the same reserved seat for the season?
South Stand GA & The Port are open seating. In all other sections, you will have the same, reserved seat for the entire regular season. 

What are the benefits of becoming a member? 
Enjoy significant savings over individual match pricing, priority seat locations, member gift, exclusive member events, a dedicated membership service team and much more. For more information, head over to our Membership Info page. 

Does Auckland FC offer discounted membership for children? 
Yes, membership for children 16 and under are 50% off. 

At what age do children require a ticket? 
Children 4 & under are free to enter; however, they will not have a seat. If you would like a reserved seat, you need purchase a membership. 

Does Auckland FC offer a Family Membership? 
Yes, family memberships are available. They include tickets for 2 Adults & 2 Children (16 and under). 

Can I bring people outside my family using my Family Membership? 
Yes, family membership tickets can be used by any 2 Adults & 2 Children (16 and under). 

Can members purchase individual match tickets for additional guests? 
Yes, individual match tickets will be available. However, seating locations cannot be guaranteed near member seats. 

Will payment plans be available? 
Yes, we offer a 6-month payment plan starting in May.  

What is the Fan Representation Group (FRG)?
The FRG is designed to provide fans with a direct line into the club to share feedback, ideas, and for the club to keep fans updated and consult on any changes.  

Being first and foremost a community club, we have set up the FRG to ensure that all voices are heard. Whether you are a family attending the game with young children or a loud and proud member of The Port, the group is made up of passionate Auckland FC fans from all over the city and all backgrounds.
