Competition Dates
The ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) and Auckland FC (AFC) Record Season competition starts at 3pm on Wednesday 28 May 2025 and ends at 5pm on Tuesday 3 June 2025.
The Prize
The ANZ and AFC Record Season competition offers 5 prizes, each a limited-edition AFC vinyl record.
How to Enter
Comment with your favourite AFC memory or record of the season between 3pm on Wednesday 28 May 2025 and 5pm on Tuesday 3 June 2025 on AFC’s Instagram competition posts. The specific competition post will be live by 3pm on Wednesday 28 May.
Entries will be invalid if they:
- Cannot be read or understood
- Are discriminatory in any way, including racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic or any other content we consider offensive.
- Do not comply with these terms and conditions
- An entry is received at the time it appears on Instagram, not at the time you send or post it.
By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Any person resident in New Zealand who is over 18 years old may enter the competition.
The Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 4 June 2025 and AFC will conduct the prize draw on ANZ’s behalf for each of the five prizes.
If your entry is the first entry drawn that meet these terms and conditions, and you can be contacted, you will win the prize.
AFC will contact the potential winner by direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of the prize draw. If the potential winner cannot be reached or does not contact AFC within 48 hours of the team’s attempt to contact them, they will forfeit the prize and another entry will be drawn.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, we may swap it for a similar or equal prize without notice.
Privacy
AFC are a third party associated with this promotion. This allows them to manage the prize draw and contact the winner. They will hold and use the information you provide to enter this competition in line with their privacy statement available on their webbsite: Privacy Policy – Auckland
ANZ will hold and use the winner’s information for the purposes of delivering the prize in line with our privacy statement.
You have the right to check and correct any information you provide to enter this competition.
Liability Exclusions: When we are not legally responsible
We will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) connected to this competition or prize, or any act or omission by us, to the extent the law allows. This also applies to other organisations connected with this promotion. The only exceptions are for wilful default or gross negligence.
If an entry is not received due to any type of technical problem, organisations running this competition, including ANZ, are not liable.
For goods or services manufactured by third parties, we do not guarantee their quality or suitability for your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any loss due to using those goods or services.
Other Conditions
We may change, extend, or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. \
