How to Access Your Tickets on Matchday
Follow these steps to access your tickets on game day:
🔹 Member tickets are only available through the Auckland FC Membership website. To access, head to the AFC Account Manager.
🔹 Once logged in, head to the “My Events” section, where your tickets will be displayed. Click on the event (in this case, the match), and you’ll see your tickets ready to use.
Add Your Tickets to Your Digital Wallet
🔹 To make your game day experience even smoother, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your digital wallet. This will allow you faster access to the stadium, as you’ll be able to simply tap your phone at the entry gates.
Remember to add your ticket to your wallet before each match, as you have separate tickets for each game.
100% Digital tickets
🔹 Our tickets are fully digital, meaning you cannot print your tickets at home. Instead, your tickets will be available for use directly on your mobile device.
🔹 Just like using “Tap to Pay,” you’ll be using “Tap to Enter” at the gates!
Ticket Transfers
🔹 If you can’t make it to a game and need to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member, you can easily do so. Follow the instructions on theTicket Transfer Guide to pass your tickets on to someone else.
Important Reminders
No Print-at-Home Tickets: All tickets are digital and must be accessed on your mobile device.
Ticketmaster App: You cannot access your tickets through the Ticketmaster app or website. You must log in through the AFC Account Manager page.
Separate Tickets for Each Game: Each game has its own ticket, so be sure to load the correct one before arriving at the stadium.
