Our volunteers play a vital role in bringing match days to life. From welcoming and supporting our fans to helping create an exciting atmosphere around the stadium, our volunteers are an important part of delivering an unforgettable experience for everyone who comes through our gates.
We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic and reliable people to join our volunteer team for the upcoming season. Whether you’re supporting match-day operations, helping our spectators, leading the Family Fan Zone, creating memorable fan experiences, or looking after our mascot, there’s a role for you in the Black Knights family.

Please note, you need to be able to commit to 9 out of the 13 home matches to be an AFC Volunteer.

AFC Volunteer Criteria:
To be eligible, applicants must:
- be 18 years or older by October 1, 2026.
- be living in Auckland or arrange (and pay for) your own accommodation and travel to Auckland
- speak at least intermediate-level English;
- pass a background check
- be responsible and enthusiastic;
- be a team player
