Our tickets are fully digital, meaning you cannot print your tickets at home. Instead, your tickets will be available for use directly on your mobile device.
Single-match ticket purchasers can access their tickets through the Ticketmaster website or app.

Please head to your gate to scan into the ground.
ARRIVE EARLY
Please ensure that you arrive early to avoid congestion closer to kick-off time and get to enjoy the pre-match entertainment.
Family Fun Zone
As you arrive head to the Family Fun Zone which is located in the North End of the Stadium below the Jumbo big screen. This will be open from 3:30PM.
As you arrive our Auckland FC DJ will be spinning the tunes to get you hyped up for the evening of football.
Don’t forget to test yourself on the Auckland FC inflatable slide.
Once inside the Family Fun Zone, you can take your photos under the Auckland FC Archway.

LilyWorld Garden Bar
LilyWorld Garden Bar will be open from 10AM serving food and drinks. If you’re an Auckland FC member, enjoy a discount!
Lilyworld is the best place to soak up the atmosphere and connect with AFC fans before and after the game. With a live DJ, food & drink deals and a huge screen showing live sport – there’s no place better. Lilyworld is accessible via Gate E on Maurice Road.
Community Hub
The Community Hub will be open in the carpark by LilyWorld where you can immerse yourself in the diversity of Auckland’s communities.
Merchandise
You can deck yourself out in the latest Auckland FC gear or grab that gift for a loved one from our merchandise stores located in the Family Fun Zone, by Gate A or Upper East Tunnel. Don’t forget to check out the Auckland FC van with all our merchandise too!
TRANSPORT & PARKING
Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time. Public transport is the best way to get to Go Media with frequent trains and buses servicing the area.
Trains to and from the City run regularly on weekends to Penrose Train Station. Penrose train station is located a short walk across from Go Media Stadium.
Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Church Street and Beasley Avenue.
If you have to drive, carpool with your group and allow extra travel time as traffic may be heavier than usual.
Parking is not available onsite at Go Media Stadium.

If fans have any ticketing queries, they should proceed to the Box Office which is located at Gate B.

- Go Media Stadium is a cashless venue.

- You can access your season tickets through our Account Manager site.
- Make sure you download and share any tickets before arriving, have your ticket ready to scan and your phone brightness up before you get to your entry gate for faster entry. The safest way to ensure smooth entry is by adding the ticket to your digital wallet.

Box Office Opens: 3pm
Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets online ahead, however tickets will be available to purchase from the Box Office from 3:30pm.
Family Fun Zone Opens: 3:30pm
The Family Fun Zone will be open from 3:30pm, make sure you arrive early to maximise the fun.
Gates Open: 3:30pm
The gates to Go Media Stadium will be opened at 3:30pm.
Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s Kick Off: 5:00pm
Auckland FC vs. Brisbane Roar will be underway from 5:00pm.
