Competition Dates
The Auckland FC and Playstation New Zealand competition starts at XX on Date and ends at XX on Date.
The Prize
The Auckland FC and PlayStation competition offers XXX prizes, each an early release of EAFC26.
How to Enter
Sign up to our mailing list here between XX on Date and ends at XX on Date on Auckland FC’s social media competition posts. The competition post will be live by XX on XXX date.
Entries will be invalid if they:
- Is not a valid email address
- Cannot be read or understood
- Are discriminatory in any way, including racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic or any other content we consider offensive.
- Do not comply with these terms and conditions
- An entry is received at the time it appears in our competition form, not at the time you send or post it.
By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Any person resident in New Zealand who is over 16 years old may enter the competition.
The Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on XXX date and Auckland FC will conduct the prize draw on Playstations behalf for each of the XXX prizes/winners.
If your entry is the first entry drawn that meet these terms and conditions, and you can be contacted, you will win the prize.
Auckland FC will contact the potential winner by email within 24 hours of the prize draw. If the potential winner cannot be reached or does not contact Auckland FC within 48 hours of the team’s attempt to contact them, they will forfeit the prize, and another entry will be drawn.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, we may swap it for a similar or equal prize without notice.
Privacy
Auckland FC are a third-party associated with this promotion. This allows them to manage the prize draw and contact the winner. They will hold and use the information you provide to enter this competition in line with their privacy statement available on their website: Privacy Policy – Auckland
PlayStation will hold and use the winner’s information for the purposes of delivering the prize in line with our privacy statement.
You have the right to check and correct any information you provide to enter this competition.
Liability Exclusions:
When we are not legally responsible:
We will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) connected to this competition or prize, or any act or omission by us, to the extent the law allows. This also applies to other organisations connected with this promotion. The only exceptions are for wilful default or gross negligence.
If an entry is not received due to any type of technical problem, organisations running this competition, including Playstation, are not liable.
For goods or services manufactured by third parties, we do not guarantee their quality or suitability for your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any loss due to using those goods or services.
Other Conditions
We may change, extend, or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
