How do I access the Auckland FC Ticketmaster page?
Head to the Auckland FC Ticketmaster Account Manager site to log in and see all of your invoices, tickets and purchase details.
Where do I find my Auckland FC Membership purchase confirmation?
Click on the ‘My Invoices’ tab of your Auckland FC Ticketmaster Account Manager site to see purchase confirmation. Shortly after the A Leagues releases the 24/25 schedule, your match tickets will also be located in Account Manager.
How can I secure my season tickets/membership for Auckland FC?
Head over to our membership page for all the details and decide which membership is best for you. You can then complete your purchase online or get in touch with our Membership Service Team to walk you through the process.
What is a membership to Auckland FC?
Membership, also known as Season Tickets, includes tickets to all 13 Auckland FC regular season home matches along with a variety of member benefits.
Can I transfer my tickets when I can’t use them?
Yes, tickets are transferrable. You will be able to transfer individual game tickets via your Ticketmaster account.
Where is the home stadium?
Go Media Stadium, Mt. Smart.
When will the schedule be released?
Our first game will be played the weekend of October 19th. The complete schedule will be released in July.
What time will the matches be played?
We anticipate most games being played on Saturdays at about 5PM. We will also play a few Friday & Sunday games, but we cannot be completely sure until the A Leagues releases the 24/25 schedule in July.
If I become a Member, do I have the same reserved seat for the season?
Our Supporter GA & The Port sections will be general admission. For the other sections, when you complete your membership purchase, you will select your seat(s) for the season.

Yes, membership for children 16 and under are 50% off.
Does Auckland FC offer a Family Membership?
Yes, family memberships are available. They include tickets for 2 Adults & 2 Children (16 and under).
Can I bring people outside my family using my Family Membership?
Yes, family membership tickets can be used by any 2 Adults & 2 Children (16 and under).
Does Auckland FC offer membership for fans living in Australia?
Yes, we will offer an Australia Supporter Membership (it is currently being finalised).
Can members purchase individual match tickets for additional guests?
Yes, individual match tickets will be available. However, seating locations cannot be guaranteed near member seats.
Will payment plans be available?
Yes, we will offer an interest-free payment plan.
