Membership Renewal FAQs
*Please Note:
If you purchased your Membership as a group under 1 account, you will be renewed into that same group. Only the main account holder will receive an invoice. If you would like to separate your group into individual accounts, please contact the Auckland FC Ticketing team to assist. Membership@aucklandfc.co.nz
If you made changes to your membership seats during the season, please confirm your invoice indicates your desire seat location.
Where can I find my Membership renewal invoice?
You will find your season 3 (2026/27) Membership invoice on your AFC Account manager account under the โMy Invoicesโ tab in the drop-down menu in the right-hand corner of the Account manager home page.
Do Auckland FC Memberships automatically renew?
Yes, all full season & pro-rata Memberships automatically renew to full season Membership. You will be automatically renewed into your current membership seats.
Will I keep the same seats I had this year?
Yes, you will be automatically renewed into your current membership seats.
What is the price change in membership next year?
All Members will renew at the same price they paid this year, unless you are wanting to upgrade your membership tier for next year or you no longer meet the family membership criteria.
Can I opt-out of automatic renewal?
Yes, you need to contact our Membership team directly to opt-out. Please fill out this form to request a call back. You must fill in the form to opt-out prior to 27th April.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be charged on 1 May. This charge will either be the full payment or the 1st payment of your 6-month payment plan.
Can I switch from pay in full to the 6-month payment plan?
Yes, you can log into your AFC Account Manager and change your payment plan selection. If you have any questions, please contact our Membership Service Team by filling out this form.
If I purchased a pro-rata Membership, will I renew to a Full Season Membership?
Yes, pro-rata Memberships will be renewed to Full Season Membership. That includes tickets for all 13 regular season home games.
Can I split my group into separate Membership Accounts?
Yes, it is best to contact our Membership Team to split your seats into separate accounts.
I purchased a family membership, but one of my junior members is no longer under 16?
You are no longer eligible for a family membership because one of your junior members has turned 17 and no longer meets the criteria (2 adults and 2 Juniors 16 and under). Please review your AFC account invoice for the updates, or submit the form with ID verification if you believe this is incorrect.
Can I change, upgrade or add seats to my membership?
Yes, Members who renew will keep their current seats, and after the opt-out period, will have access to a presale window to upgrade, change, or add memberships. This window will be available via a pop-up in your AFC Account Manager from 27th April to 1st May.
