Auckland FC fans now have a place to rest their head when on the road thanks to a new three-year partnership with Quest Apartment Hotels.
Announced today, the partnership will strengthen Quest’s brand presence nationwide and connect football fans with New Zealand’s largest and fastest growing accommodation provider.
Quest New Zealand COO, Adrian Turner says the partnership is a natural fit and will boost engagement, awareness and loyalty across its 43 locations throughout Aotearoa & Fiji.
“Football is New Zealand’s biggest and fastest-growing sport, and Auckland FC has quickly become a club with huge momentum and an incredibly engaged fan base,” says Turner.
“This partnership allows Quest to align with that energy, while delivering real value for our franchisees and guests across the country.”
Quest will also become an official Auckland FC Women’s Founding Partner, supporting the club to grow a love of the game amongst women and girls.
There will also be Quest branded nets, LED signage and title partner status, allowing Quest to front a major AFC home match with halftime competitions and fan engagement.
This means Quest will be right in front of one of New Zealand’s most passionate and fastest-growing fan bases.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Quest. They are a well-known, successful brand with reach across New Zealand, Fiji & Australia. We have shared ambitions and like us, they are going through a huge period of growth,” says Auckland FC CEO, Nick Becker.
“With two derby games against our rivals down in Wellington, we’ll be encouraging travelling fans to book with Quest as our preferred accommodation partner. We’ll also be opening our doors to the many Quest franchisees to develop positive, lasting relationships.”
The partnership reflects Quest’s ongoing commitment to investing in its franchise network and creating opportunities to connect with its current & future guests in meaningful, memorable ways.
“This is more than football, more than a place to stay; It’s a partnership built on pride, belonging, and the Quest to go further,” added Turner.
