100% Digital Tickets
All Auckland FC tickets are digital – no paper, no printing. Your tickets will be available directly on your mobile device, allowing for an easy “Tap to Enter” process at the gates, similar to using “Tap to Pay.” With digital tickets, you can avoid queues and enjoy quicker access to the stadium.
How to Access Your Tickets
Follow these simple steps to access your tickets on game day:
- Log in to your ‘Account Manager’ account using [this link].
- Once logged in, navigate to the “My Events” section, where you’ll find your tickets listed.
- Click on the upcoming match, and your tickets will be ready for use.
Make sure to familiarize yourself with this process before game day, so there are no surprises at the gates!
Add Your Tickets to Your Digital Wallet
For an even smoother entry, we recommend adding your tickets to your digital wallet. This will allow you to tap your phone at the entry gates for instant access. Be sure to add your tickets before each match, as every game has its own ticket.
To do this:
- Open the ticket on your Account Manager.
- Click on the option to Add to Digital Wallet (available for both iPhone and Android users).
- You’re all set for a fast, contactless entry!
Ticket Transfers
If you’re unable to attend a game, don’t worry – you can easily transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Just follow the instructions in the Ticket Transfer Guide to pass your ticket along.
Important Reminders
- No Print-at-Home Tickets: All tickets must be accessed via your mobile device.
- Auckland FC Account Manager Only: You cannot retrieve your tickets through the Ticketmaster app or website. Log in directly via the Auckland FC Account Manager.
