Auckland FC is excited to announce the addition of two more clubs Cambridge Football Club and Hamilton Wanderers to our Youth Development Club Partnership, bringing us closer to a full network of Talent Development Programme (TDP) clubs across the Northern Region Football (NRF) and WAIBOP Federations.
Auckland FC Launches Expanded Youth Development Pathway with Northern Region Football and WAIBOP Federations
The Youth Development Club Partnership is a key initiative aimed at fostering young talent and strengthening ties with local football communities. Auckland FC invited all TDP clubs in the NRF and WAIBOP areas to join as official Youth Development Clubs, establishing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance collaboration in youth football development.
Rebel Sport Development Centre Launch in 2025
Auckland FC will also introduce the Rebel Sport Development Centre next year, offering specialised training programs and resources for identified boys’ and girls’ players. This initiative allows young talents to continue training with their respective TDP clubs while benefiting from enhanced development opportunities in collaboration with Auckland FC. We are thrilled to have Rebel Sport as the naming rights partner for this centre.
