Auckland FC has released its 26/27 season away jersey, inspired by the misty Waitākere Ranges Regional Park.
Predominantly white with blue piping, the jersey features lines of tiny blue raindrops which morph together towards the bottom of the shirt to form a motif of misty mountaintops when viewed far away in the distance.
This scenic view, familiar to many from Auckland, will ensure the team take a small, recognisable piece of Auckland with them when playing away from home.
The goalkeeper kit is the inverse, with the white of the outfield player kit replaced by a darker, navy blue.
Created in collaboration with apparel partner New Balance, both jerseys feature a round collar and the A-League logo in gold in recognition of the club’s status as defending champions. The club mantra, ‘Always Advance. Never Retreat’ again features in gold text inside the collar.
Photos accompanying the jersey were shot at Auckland’s famous Muriwai beach. The windy West Coast added texture and drama.
The Auckland FC 26/27 A-League Men’s away jersey is only available in the replica cut in adult and youth sizes. This should fit your usual top size.
HOW TO GET YOURS
Both the goalkeeper and outfield player kits are now available via the Auckland FC online retail store. Expect to pay $140 for the adult kit and $130 for the youth kit.
