What’s blue, beautiful and reminds you of the sea? Auckland FC’s new third kit of course.
Released today (27th November), the jersey is inspired by the harbours, coastlines, and waterways that shape Auckland.
As well as being an A-League third strip, it will be the same kit the team play in at home during next year’s inaugural OFC Pro League.
The jersey features a contrasting dark blue, traditional button-down collar and ribbed sleeve cuff.
For those who can’t wait for the delivery driver, it will also be available to buy in person at the Newcastle Jets game on Sunday, 30th November.
“It’s a beautiful kit, a visual celebration of the city and the communities that call this place home” says Auckland FC CEO, Nick Becker.
“The blue, water-like appearance of it makes it a great kit for visiting our Pacific Island neighbours when playing in the OFC. So, whether you’re wearing it on a beach here, or a pitch over there, it’s a fantastic piece of merchandise that reflects our island identity.”
The semi-fitted cut designed for fans means the jersey should fit true to size.
