Please sit in your allocated seats, which are marked on your ticket, this includes all ticket types, suite holders and Black Knight Club.
Our tickets are fully digital, meaning you cannot print your tickets at home or use a screenshot. Instead, you will need to present your tickets from your mobile device.
Single-match ticket purchasers can access their tickets through the Ticketmaster website or app.
Members can access their membership tickets through the Auckland FC Member site. To access, please visit the Auckland FC website > click ‘Membership’ > click ‘Sign In’. Your tickets will appear under ‘My Tickets’.
For a quick and seamless entry to the stadium, please add your tickets to your wallet before getting to Go Media Stadium.
Ensure your brightness is all the way up, you are off night mode and screen rotation is locked.
If you have any ticketing queries, please go to the Box Office which is located at Gate B. The Box Office will be open from 3:00PM on matchday.
As this game is sold out, no tickets will be available for purchase at the box office.
SOUTH STAND TICKET INFORMATION
For those keen to enjoy the atmosphere of the South Stand without the need to stand and sing all game, we recommend Bays 19, 20, 24 and 25 in the Lower South Stand or anywhere in the Upper South Stand.
TRANSPORT & PARKING
Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.
If you are driving, consider carpooling with your group and allow extra travel time as traffic may be heavier than usual.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public transport is the best way to get to Go Media with buses servicing the area this Saturday. Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Church Street and Beasley Avenue.
Trains to and from the City run regularly on weekends to Penrose Train Station. Penrose train station is located a short walk across from Go Media Stadium.

It’s set to be a sunny afternoon so make sure you stay hydrated throughout the game. Bring an empty water bottle as we have water stations located around the venue. And make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.
If you have security concerns or notice any issues, text the word ASSIST followed by your message and location to 260 for venue security support.
Away Supporters please enter through Gate A for easy access to your seats located in Bays 1 and 2.

The Family Fun Zone which is located in the North End of the Stadium below the Jumbo big screen will be in full force from 3:30PM.
