Auckland FC and Rebel Sport have signed a partnership which will see the iconic Kiwi sports retailer become the club’s new training kit sponsor and AFC development centre.
As New Zealand’s home of sport, Rebel Sport are passionate about encouraging all kiwis to get involved with sport – and this means enabling and inspiring more kiwis to participate in grass roots sport. This partnership is one of the ways which the business is showing support of sport both at a professional and grassroots level.

All Auckland FC training kit worn by players and coaching staff will feature the Rebel Sport logo and Auckland FC players will appear in Rebel Sport promotions both in store, online and in broadcast.
This year Rebel Sport also launched a new Rebel Sport Grants programme which is open to all grass roots sports clubs. The business also sponsors 3 young females through the Tania Dalton Scholarship Programme, including footballer Farina Anchico. These are some of the ways in which the business is committed to encourage and support more Kiwis into sport.
