Personalised kits
As some of you may have noticed we have removed the ‘shop by player’ and ‘personalisation’ options from the club shop. This is due to the huge number of orders we have received and are still processing. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and demand for shirts has smashed expectations. For this reason, we need to put a pause on these personalised products until we can once again guarantee a level of service you as our fans deserve.
Returns
A lot of the emails received by the retail team are about returns. The easiest way to return and swap your Auckland FC merchandise is to fill out the order form here and return it to the address below. We can then make a start on getting this processed and please remember to include your desired size.

Christmas Orders
Christmas is fast approaching, so if Auckland FC merchandise is on your wish list this year then you should know the last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery will be Friday, December 13. We cannot guarantee orders placed after this date will be fulfilled so get in quick.
However, any orders placed between December 14th and 18th will be available for collection at our home match against Western United on Saturday, December 21st. Orders not collected will be shipped after the game.
And into the New Year
Orders made between December 19th and December 28th will be available for collection at our home game on January 1st. Orders not collected will be shipped after the game.
Orders made between January 2nd and January 16th can be picked up at our home game on January 18th. Orders not collected will be shipped after the game.
