Auckland FC Football School: Player Passport Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The Auckland FC Football School Player Passport scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to all registered participants of Auckland FC Holiday Camps (“Holiday Camps”).
1.2 By participating in the Scheme, participants (and their parent or guardian where the participant is under 18) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Auckland FC Football School reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Any such changes will not affect stamps already collected.
1.4 The Scheme has no cash value and prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
2. Collecting Stamps
2.1 One stamp will be awarded per day of Holiday Camp attended. Stamps will be issued by Auckland FC Football School staff at the front desk upon arrival on the day.
2.2 Stamps will only be awarded on days for which the participant has a confirmed and paid booking. Attendance without a valid booking will not qualify for a stamp.
2.3 Stamps cannot be awarded retrospectively. Participants must present their Player Passport at the front desk on arrival each day to receive their stamp. Lost, damaged, or forgotten passports are the responsibility of the participant, and Auckland FC Football School cannot be held responsible for stamps not collected on the day.
2.4 Only one stamp may be awarded per participant per camp day, regardless of the number of sessions attended on that day.
2.5 Stamps are non-transferable between participants and cannot be combined across multiple passports.
3. Redeeming Prizes
3.1 To redeem a prize, participants must email a clear photograph of their completed Player Passport to footballschool@aucklandfc.co.nz, clearly showing the relevant milestone stamps.
3.2 Prizes must be claimed within twelve months of reaching the relevant milestone. Unclaimed prizes will lapse after this period.
3.3 Each milestone prize may only be claimed once per participant per passport.
3.4 Prizes are subject to availability and Auckland FC Football School reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
4. Individual Prize Terms
10 Stamps – Auckland FC x ANZ Cap & Bigscreen Shoutout
4.1 Upon reaching 10 stamps, participants will receive one Auckland FC x Anchor branded cap. Caps can be collected at the front desk at an upcoming Holiday Camp day, subject to stock availability.
4.2 Caps are available in one (child) size only. No alternative or cash substitute can be offered.
4.3 The bigscreen shoutout will be delivered at an Auckland FC home matchday within one month (during the football season) of the participant’s 10th stamp being collected. For those who collect their tenth stamp during the off-season, the bigscreen shoutout will happen at the first game of the new season.
4.4 The bigscreen shoutout is subject to matchday scheduling and production team availability. Auckland FC cannot guarantee a specific time during the broadcast or in-stadium experience. No alternative can be provided if the participant is unable to attend the designated match.
4.5 The bigscreen shoutout is non-transferable and cannot be redirected to another person or event.
15 Stamps – Match Tickets
4.6 Upon reaching 15 stamps, Non-Members will receive two adult tickets to a home Auckland FC match. The specific match can be selected by the prize winner, subject to fixture availability.
4.7 Members reaching 15 stamps will receive one additional match ticket per membership ticket held on their account (“bring your mates for free”).
4.8 Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
4.9 Match tickets are subject to availability and Auckland FC cannot guarantee a specific fixture’s availability. Tickets will not be issued for sold-out matches, but an alternative fixture will be offered.
20 Stamps – Platinum Family Pass / AFC Lounge Upgrade
4.10 Upon reaching 20 stamps, Non-Members will receive one Platinum Family Pass to a home Auckland FC match. The specific match can be selected by the prize winner, subject to fixture availability.
4.11 Members reaching 20 stamps will receive an upgrade to AFC Lounge access for one home match, subject to lounge capacity and availability. This upgrade applies to the Member’s own tickets only and does not extend to additional guests unless otherwise agreed.
4.12 The AFC Lounge upgrade is non-transferable and subject to the Member’s account being in good standing at the time of redemption.
25 Stamps – Free Holiday Camp Day, Open Training Invite & Membership Discount
4.13 Upon reaching 25 stamps, participants will receive one complimentary day at an Auckland FC Holiday Camp. The venue and date can be selected by the prize winner, subject to availability.
4.14 The complimentary camp day is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credited against future bookings. It must be redeemed within 12 months.
4.15 Participants reaching 25 stamps will receive an invitation to one Auckland FC open training session. Open training sessions are scheduled in accordance with the first team’s training programme, and no flexibility on date or time can be offered due to club operational requirements.
4.16 The open training date will be confirmed to the participant at least two weeks in advance. The session will take place towards the end of the A-League season. Auckland FC Football School accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in attending the session.
4.17 If an open training session is cancelled or rescheduled by the club, Auckland FC will endeavour to offer an alternative date where possible.
4.18 A 10% discount on a new Auckland FC Membership or next season renewal will be applied upon verification of 25 stamps. This discount applies to the participant’s own membership only, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. The discount must be redeemed within 12 months of the prize being confirmed.
5. General Prize Conditions
5.1 All prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Auckland FC and any applicable venue or event policies.
5.2 Winners are responsible for any costs associated with claiming or using their prize, including but not limited to travel, parking, and food and beverage, unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Auckland FC Football School’s decision on all prize matters is final. Correspondence will not be entered into regarding prize disputes unless there is clear evidence of an error on our part.
5.4 Auckland FC Football School reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be acting in bad faith, misusing the Scheme, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Privacy
6.1 Personal information collected as part of the Scheme will be used solely for the purposes of administering prizes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, in accordance with Auckland FC’s Privacy Policy.
