Biography
Guillermo May began his career at Nacional in Uruguay, where he was apart of the U-20 team. He won the U-20 Copa Libertadores, scoring 4 goals in 5 games. May soon went on loan to Deportivo Fabril in Spain, followed by a loan to Cerro Largo back in Uruguay in 2020. In 2022, May moved to Danubio, where he scored 19 goals across 65 appearances.
May signed for Auckland FC in 2024, debuting against Brisbane Roar and registering an assist. May was the first Auckland FC player to reach double figures in goals, after scoring his tenth goal against Wellington Phoenix in a 3-1 win.
