Terms & Conditions – Double Pass to Melbourne  

Eligibility  
This promotion is open to the public who meet the specified eligibility criteria. To be eligible for the competition, you must be signed up to the Auckland FC mailing list, be opted in to receive marketing communications and be following Auckland FC on Instagram before midnight Sunday 27 October.  

To be entitled to the competition prize, participants must have signed up to Auckland FC’s mailing list from the Auckland FC official website.  

All pre-existing contacts on the Auckland FC mailing list will be eligible to be included in the draw.  

Notification of winning  
All winners will be contacted by Auckland FC before Monday 28 October 2024.  

If the winner can’t be contacted in a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond Auckland FC’s reasonable control, then Crusaders can award the prize to another winner.  

Eligibility deadline 
Individuals must sign up to Auckland FC’s mailing list be opted in to marketing communications and follow Auckland FC on Instagram before 27/10/24. 

Prize  
The prize for the competition is two return flights from Auckland to Melbourne, accommodation for 2 nights for two people at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, two tickets to the Auckland FC v Melbourne City game on the 15th of December 2024, $300.00 AUD voucher for Supernormal restaurant, two Auckland FC away jerseys personalised with name and number of winners, two New Era x Auckland FC caps.  

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.  

Winner Selection 
The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.  

The winner(s) will be notified within 2 working days of the closing date 

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected. 

Privacy  
By signing up to the Auckland FC mailing list and therefore being eligible for the promotion, entrants grant the organiser the right to use their names, likenesses, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without further compensation.  

Personal information collected through signing up to the Auckland FC mailing list will used solely for the purpose of drawing the winner and will be handled in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy.  

By signing up to the Auckland FC mailing list and opting in for marketing communications and therefore being eligible for the promotion, entrants grant the organiser the right to send marketing and promotional material to the email address supplied.  

Termination and Changes  
Auckland FC may make changes to the terms and conditions if necessary, and such changes will be effective upon notification.
