Our tickets are fully digital, meaning you cannot print your tickets at home or use a screenshot. Instead, you will need to present your tickets from your mobile device. If you have any ticketing queries, please go to the Box Office, which is located at Gate B. The Box Office will be open from 3:00pm on matchday.
Ensure your brightness is all the way up, you are off night mode and screen rotation is locked.
Single-match ticket purchasers can access their tickets through the Ticketmaster website or app.
Members can access their membership tickets through the Auckland FC Account Manager site. To access, please visit the Auckland FC website > click ‘Membership’ > click ‘Sign In’. Your tickets will appear under ‘My Tickets’.
For a quick and seamless entry to the stadium, please add your tickets to your wallet before getting to Go Media Stadium.
🌭 AFC TAILGATE
DJs, BBQs, fun and games, Auckland FC brings the tailgate to New Zealand!
The Auckland FC Tailgate is a pre-match fan experience held in the Lilyworld Cafe carpark. It’s a community-style BBQ, music, and fan zone designed to bring supporters together before kickoff. Featuring DJs, mini-football, picnic tables, garden games, drink options, and up to eight barbeques for fans to use, it promises to bring a pre-game atmosphere to every match.
This week, we have Chef Hercules Noble cooking his take on a Philly cheese steak & classic hot dog. Make sure to head over to the AFC Tailgate, try it and tag @aucklandfc in all your photos.
Please note that any alcohol found in vehicles will result in an immediate eviction – security will be doing vehicle checks upon arrival. You will be given the opportunity to handover any alcohol prior to checks. This ban also extends to soft-drinks.
And finally, please don’t drink and drive. If you feel too intoxicated to drive please inform a member of staff who will arrange to have your car moved.
🛝 FAMILY FAN ZONE
The Family Fan Zone, which is located in the North End of the Stadium below the jumbo big screen, will be in full force from 3:30pm.
This game is Christmas themed! Be sure to check out the Christmas tree, Santa, his elves and the Grinch in the Family Fan Zone.
At this week’s game, expect the unexpected...Thanks to our Exclusive University Partner, AUT, you’ll have the chance to meet a couple of extraordinary Auckland FC fans. Let’s just say they’re not your average supporters...
From 3:30-3:55 pm, head to the Family Fan Zone next to the East Stand for a photo op with these unexpected attendees. Or, if you’re up for the challenge, keep your eyes on the crowd between 4:15-4:30 pm… You might spot someone (or something) that’s never been seen at an A-League match before.
The 25m inflatable slide will be in the Family Fan Zone, plus football darts and more! We recommend arriving early so you’ve got more time to enjoy the Family Fan Zone before kick-off!

🚙 TRANSPORT & PARKING
Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time. If you are driving, consider carpooling with your group and allow extra travel time as traffic may be heavier than usual.
🚨 Auckland Transport has advised that significant road delays are expected with the opening of IKEA. If you’re heading to the match, please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
We strongly recommend arriving early to avoid congestion, or better yet, jump on the train. All services will be running, giving you a seamless, traffic-free route straight to the action.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public transport is the best way to get to Go Media with buses servicing the area this Saturday. Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Church Street and Beasley Avenue.

To avoid congestion and to enjoy pre-match entertainment, please arrive early.
⚔️ ACTIVE SUPPORT – THE PORT
The Port is located in Bay 21, 22 & 23, in the middle of the lower South Stand. If you’re in this section, expect singing, standing and colourful language. Please remember that Bay 21, 22 & 23 is for Port ticket holders only. Please ask our friendly team on matchday if you have ticketing queries.
For those keen to enjoy the atmosphere of the South Stand without the need to stand and sing all game, we recommend the bays outside of Bay 21, 22 & 23 in the Lower South Stand.
Auckland FC games are a family-friendly event where fans of all ages should feel welcome and be able to enjoy the match. For this reason, we advise families with young children or fans who prefer to sit to avoid The Port section.
And as ever, wherever you are in the stadium, be respectful of each other and staff. Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection from the stadium.

BE SAFE
It’s set to be a sunny afternoon so make sure you stay hydrated throughout the game. Bring an empty water bottle as we have water stations located around the venue. And make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.
🚨 Anti-social behaviour and intoxication will NOT be tolerated.
Authorities will be present, and anyone causing disruption at Go Media Stadium may be removed or face further action.
