🎟️ TICKETING INFORMATION
Our tickets are fully digital, meaning you cannot print your tickets at home or use a screenshot. Instead, you will need to present your tickets from your mobile device. If you have any ticketing queries, please go to the Box Office which is located at Gate B. The Box Office will be open from 3:00PM on matchday.
Ensure your brightness is all the way up, you are off night mode and screen rotation is locked.
Single-match ticket purchasers can access their tickets through the Ticketmaster website or app.
Members can access their membership tickets through the Auckland FC Account Manager site. To access, please visit the Auckland FC website > click ‘Membership’ > click ‘Sign In’. Your tickets will appear under ‘My Tickets’.
For a quick and seamless entry to the stadium, please add your tickets to your wallet before getting to Go Media Stadium.
🌭 AFC TAILGATE
DJs, BBQs, fun and games, Auckland FC brings the tailgate to New Zealand!
Sunny afternoons at the football are about to get a whole lot better, with Auckland FC announcing the creation of a new tailgate area where fans can get together ahead of each home game. The Auckland FC Tailgate is a pre-match fan experience held in the Lilyworld Cafe carpark. It’s a community-style BBQ, music, and fan zone designed to bring supporters together before kickoff.
Featuring DJs, mini-football, picnic tables, garden games, drink options, and up to eight barbeques for fans to use, it promises to bring a pre-game atmosphere to every match.
Please note that any alcohol found in vehicles will result in an immediate eviction – security will be doing vehicle checks upon arrival. You will be given the opportunity to handover any alcohol prior to checks. This ban also extends to soft-drinks.
And finally, please don’t drink and drive. If you feel too intoxicated to drive please inform a member of staff who will arrange to have your car moved.
🛝 FAMILY FAN ZONE
The Family Fan Zone which is located in the North End of the Stadium below the Jumbo big screen will be in full force from 3:30PM.
Our NEW inflatable obstacle course will be in full swing!
The 25m inflatable slide will be in the Family Fan Zone, plus football darts and more! We recommend arriving early so you’ve got more time to enjoy the Family Fan Zone before kick-off!

🚙 TRANSPORT & PARKING
Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time. If you are driving, consider carpooling with your group and allow extra travel time as traffic may be heavier than usual.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Public transport is the best way to get to Go Media with buses servicing the area this Saturday. Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Church Street and Beasley Avenue.
ALL trains will be replaced by buses for this Saturday.
ARRIVE EARLY
To avoid congestion and to enjoy pre-match entertainment, please arrive early.
⚔️ ACTIVE SUPPORT – THE PORT
The Port is located in Bay 22, in the middle of the lower South Stand, if you’re in this section, expect singing, standing and colourful language. Please remember that Bay 22 is for Port ticket holders only, please ask our friendly team on matchday if you have ticketing queries.
For those keen to enjoy the atmosphere of the South Stand without the need to stand and sing all game, we recommend the bays outside of Bay 22 in the Lower South Stand.
Auckland FC games are a family-friendly event where fans of all ages should feel welcome and be able to enjoy the match. For this reason, we advise families with young children or fans who prefer to sit to avoid The Port section.
And as ever, wherever you are in the stadium, be respectful of each other and staff. Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection from the stadium.

Auckland FC vs. Western Sydney Wanderers will be underway from 5:00pm.
BE SAFE
It’s set to be a sunny afternoon so make sure you stay hydrated throughout the game. Bring an empty water bottle as we have water stations located around the venue. And make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.
🚨 Anti-social behaviour and intoxication will NOT be tolerated.
Authorities will be present, and anyone causing disruption at Go Media Stadium may be removed or face further action.
